Description:
The first session will begin with a consultation. During this time, the client and trainer will review the results of the initial screening and any other concerns related to the client’s health history and program expectation. The remaining time will include demonstrations of the exercise plan and the importance of safety.

Bio:
Bulsby “Buzz” Duncan is an American Council on Exercise certified trainer, CPR certified, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. He also has over 20 years of post-rehabilitation clinical experience. Bulsby Duncan works with clients on program goals, offers skilled advice, support, and motivation. He works with pre and post weight loss patients, those who have been discharged from physical therapy, and general clients who want to stay physically fit. He develops personalized exercise routines to meet each client’s preferences, habits, and restrictions. Programs are flexible and modified along the way during the exercise phase of each client’s training session.
